Anil Salam Idris & Co. (ASICO) is a reputable chartered accountancy firm with extensive experience in delivering a diverse range of professional services to its esteemed clientele. We have developed expertise in the areas of audit & assurance, forensic & investigative audit, accounting services, taxation, company secretarial works, corporate finance, stocks & securities management, management consultancy, information technology consultancy, initial public offering (IPO) & fundraising, outsourcing & payroll services, feasibility & market study, review of financial management system and performance audit of various national and multinational organizations. Our continuous efforts to ensure quality, practical advice, ethical solutions, and integrity have resulted in magnificent growth for the firm over the last few years.
Our History
ASICO was established through the merger of three accounting firms in 2015: A.B. Das & Co. (established in 1976), A. Salam & Co. (established in 1981), and Idris Mahmud & Co. (established in 1991). Currently, four (4) reputable partners are responsible for the operation of ASICO to provide quality professional services nationally and internationally. All firm partners are enthusiastic chartered accountants with diversified experiences with Big Four accounting firms, namely, EY and KPMG, and in the multi-dimensional arena.

Foreign Affiliation
ASICO has obtained affiliation with EMA Squared Chartered Accountants & Outsourcing (EMA Squared), an international chartered accountancy firm based in the UK. EMA Squared is a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW registration number C004 994 942). The firm has its registered office at 110 High Street, Earls Colne, Nr. Colchester, Essex CO6 2QX, UK. ASICO is uniting its standard operating procedures with EMA Squared to attain international standards in its operation.

Our Offices
The firm has its head office in Banani, Dhaka, and a branch office in Chattogram, an industrial city. Both the offices are well-equipped with modern technology and amenities to support the smooth operation of its professional services to the clients.
