All our personnel complete a structured training program comprising an extensive range of professional courses. Trainings are provided as part of regular professional development, specifically engagement-based, and by special guest speakers on invitation by ASICO. Weekly and monthly allocations are also held to create a platform to discuss the bottlenecks faced by the engagement teams with the Partners and Directors and for resource allocation and engagement status update purposes.
