Compensation
ASICO always provides industry-standard compensation and rewards to its employees so that they feel their importance to the firm and the value of the time and skill they bring to the table. Students are paid allowances based on ICAB rules and regulations, and attractive compensation packages are designed for those students with outstanding past study records and ASICO admission test and interview assessments.

Financial Assistance, Loans, and Scholarships

ASICO Articled Association
To bring employees and leadership closer and improve the sharing of thoughts and knowledge in the firm, ASICO has established a platform for all its employees in the form of the ASICO Articled Association. The activities of this association include Providing study materials, coaching classes, and mock tests for the articled students to progress in their professional exams; Conducting student counseling sessions and development workshops and attending to any problems that students are facing; Arranging regular programs and cultural celebrations, annual dinners and team building retreats; Conveying messages and expectation of leadership to the employees in an easier and more simple manner.
